Staff
Each villa comes with a dedicated Villa Manager available for eight hours each day. In addition, we provide the services of two additional live-out staff members: a Housekeeper and a Housemaid, available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We ensure your arrival is smooth and enjoyable, providing a warm welcome and assistance with settling in.
Maintenance and Cleaning
We maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the villa with daily cleaning services (for six hours each day). The swimming pool and pool house are also kept in top condition.
Bed Linen
For your comfort, we change the bed linen twice a week.
Utilities and Internet:
All utility bills, excluding telephone, are included in your stay. A reliable Wi-Fi internet connection is also available.

The estate accommodates up to 16 guests across its two villas. Villa Ephrussi, the main villa, sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. Villa Aulivie, the guest villa, sleeps a further 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. Both villas share the gardens, terraces, and estate grounds when rented together.
Villa Aulivie is offered exclusively as a combined estate — both villas are rented together as a single private domain. This arrangement ensures complete exclusivity across the full 4,200 m² grounds, both pools, and all shared terraces and gardens for your group alone. Yes. All 4 bedrooms in Villa Aulivie have direct sea views over the bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer. In Villa Ephrussi, the master bedroom has garden access and Mediterranean views, and the three further bedrooms on the same level have direct access to the garden with sea views over the Mediterranean.
The estate has two private swimming pools, one per villa, both heated. Villa Ephrussi’s pool is accessed directly from the main entrance reception and terrace. Villa Aulivie’s pool is an infinity pool with an open view over the bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer.
Yes. Villa Ephrussi has a dedicated professional-grade kitchen separate from the main family kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances and designed specifically for use by a private chef. A private chef can be arranged as an à la carte service. Villa Aulivie has a separate fully equipped open kitchen.
The minimum rental period is one week. The estate is available year-round, welcoming guests across all seasons. July and August are in highest demand — early enquiry is strongly recommended for those dates.
